I am very pleased with the service I was provided by Suth for my broken blinds. He’s been on top from the beginning and managed the communication with the fitters brilliantly.

JLL has recently taken over our property as the estate agent and we are very very happy with the service and communications so far! We have been in the property for over a year now had had issues with the previous property managers but JLL have been fantastic and have sorted out issues for us straight away. Lucian, our property manager has been excellent and very easy to communicate with, responding promptly to all of our emails and ensuring we are happy with the service!

Exceptional Service at JLL

Recently rented out my property with JLL, having previously purchased the same property two years prior and found them to have exceptional service at that time. Suffice to say I was incredibly pleased to see standards haven’t dropped in those two years and the service is still incredible. I was well informed and notified at every step in the process. They were knowledgable about the area and always happy to answer any questions I had both via email and telephone. Can’t thank Charlotte and Kiko enough for bringing everything together at incredibly short notice and getting my tenancy over the line with two incredible tenants. Very very pleased and can’t recommend them enough.
