We dealt with Liam Bartlett from JLL who was by far the best estate agent we have come across. He was always available to speak by phone or email and his knowledge of the properties he was showing was superb. In fact, we preferred him to the developer's own agents who were unable to answer questions about their own property that Liam subsequently clarified with us. He curated a list of properties to suit our budget and preferences and we ended up buying one of them. Highly recommended. Also I don't think he drives a mini.

During my recent hunt for an apartment I dealt with many agencies and estate agents. Except 1 or 2 exceptions JLL was much, much better than others. Mainly I would say thank you to Michael Harvey, who was very helpful: - finding perfect match for me - organising multiple viewings (sometimes multiple viewings of same apartment) - advising on the process of buying an apartment (e.g. steps to carry on, things to watch for, etc) - constant and ongoing support - even after reservation of the apartment I would definitely recommend Michael.

Liam and Jack did a superb job selling my property in Stratford. Jack took the time to explain everything in detail when he valued my property - walking me through his thought process when arriving at a valuation. When Liam took over the sales process he had a fantastic list of perspective clients to call upon and as a result found a buyer prior to going to market. Throughout the sales process, Liam was fully engaged and kept me updated at every stage. He was easy to get hold off and responded quickly to questions. Fantastic service and would use this team again.
