I’ve had a really excellent experience with Michael Harvey from JLL sales. He was able to assist me with a quick sale of my property. Michael showed real professionalism when my original sale was impacted by the covid19 situation and found me another buyer very quickly which is much appreciated.

Recently rented out my property with JLL, having previously purchased the same property two years prior and found them to have exceptional service at that time. Suffice to say I was incredibly pleased to see standards haven’t dropped in those two years and the service is still incredible. I was well informed and notified at every step in the process. Looking for a flat to buy my point of contact at JLL was Liam Barlett. I went with him on a number of visits around Stratford and elsewhere in London. Liam was courteous, honest and provided accurate information. I found agents from other agencies to be somewhat pushy - more than I'd like - but not him. He was professional and understanding throughout the entire process. Liam's colleagues, in particular Cameron Kerr and Harry Martin, provided help and were quite pleasant to deal with as well. I ended up buying one of the flats that Liam had on offer.
