Had a recent experience with JLL in trying to secure a new tenancy within one of their new complexes, Sugar House Island. We were unfortunately shown a property that was then unavailable due to building issues and wiring elements. This was frustrating initially, however, Eilis within the space of a few hours, provided us with new options, managed to virtually show us a new apartment, took our offer and placed it for us that afternoon. As we were keen to lock down the apartment as soon as possible, Eilis kindly let us know that we should hear before Monday and let us know on the Saturday that we were accepted. We started referencing on the Monday and are now in the process of finalising our tenancy. A great experience and a super helpful consultant in Eilis, which will hopefully continue up until we move in.
