I had a fantastic experience working with Gytis as my senior lettings consultant. From the very beginning, his dedication and professionalism stood out. He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, especially during the referencing stage, which can often be stressful. Gytis was always patient, taking the time to explain each step clearly and responding promptly to any questions or concerns I had. It was a real pleasure working with Gytis! This has been one of my best experiences with a lettings consultant. From day one, Gytis was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. At each step, he made sure I understood the renting terms and rules, even highlighting potential pitfalls during our conversations. We communicated both online and in person. While showing one of the apartments on video, Gytis went the extra mile by obtaining additional footage to show me exactly how the nearby construction would affect my stay in the apartment. Every time we spoke, he provided detailed and transparent information about everything. Lastly, Gytis is incredibly responsive—he replies quickly and answers all questions thoroughly. I wish every professional interaction was like this! I wish him the best of luck, and it would be a pleasure to work with him again.
