Erjana was amazing when showing us the flat that we wanted to rent and guiding us through the renting process. We saw many other options with other renting companies, but no one was as helpful as her. She was patient, kind and transparent, answering every question that we had. As the very first point of contact for us in this moving process, she made us accompanied, safe and excited about moving in. We knew that we were dealing with professionals and that they would make our live easier. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very positive all round experience with JLL. Eilis Moloney helped guide me through the process of renting in London and was very responsive, helpful and friendly. It was due to her transparency and local knowledge that I viewed a property I hadn’t previously considered, which is where I have ended up living.
