The JLL Finsbury Park office was instrumental in the sale of our property during the slow December period. Their focus on client relationship and detailed knowledge of the Woodberry Down Development make them the best-suited agency to assist clients for selling, renting and Investing in the North London area. Difficult 12 month period using the Property Management department of JLL - not very proactive, take multiple exchanges of communication for them to act and follow up. They tend to manage from an office in London and very rarely visit the premises. Interim inspections are outsourced to another company, and there is no checking on the quality or accuarcy of reports. Get the impression that most of the staff are junior at best I am writing this on request of a new resource at the department whom shows interest in being responsive - hope Ahmed continues l

Renting a property in the current market is stressful and tedious, but Alessandra was helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, ensuring that I can move in as soon as possible in spite of the numerous documental formalities required. Overall procedures were not quite smooth, but thanks to Alessandra the pending issues were resolved and the renting ended up successfully!

Great experience with JLL compared to other agents in London. Hanan In particular was great , went out of her way and even sorted an issue for us over the weekend.
