The service provided by Rosie, Peter and Laura was fantastic. I bought a property through them and there were many complications in the transaction e.g. counter-offers, lack of communication between solicitors, Brexit etc. In facing these issues Rosie's service was seamless, she called me regularly to update, she chased all parties very regularly - I really believe the transaction would not have gone through if not for her proactive approach. They went above and beyond their role to get it done, which is so appreciated. Peter's expert advice is reassuring and was really happy to accommodate my last-minute renegotiations and was successful in securing with the seller. They were like an anchor in an otherwise very stressful process. I would highly recommend their impressive client service which is hard to come by these days!
