As a landlord, my service experience has been at best variable with other London agents. However, JLL have really lived up to expectation by being realistic in their estimates, timescales and general 'reading' of the market. And although my experience with the Canary Wharf office has been limited only to a small number of the team, there is a prevailing sense of everyone serving their clients needs on all sides with a collective determination in delivering great customer service. I would like to commend in particular Sophie Webb for her outstanding support and great efficiency always. She is professional in her dealings but also extremely personable with a ready smile and terrific sense of humour. People like Sophie engender a sense of confidence and reassurance that my affairs are in good hands. Well done all !

Last year , untill I meet with JLL Canarywarf, I had to spend 3 months to be able to find a flat. And after meeting with them it took only 1 week to find a perfect place and move into it. Especially Joanna Ludlow was amazingly helpful. Rather than a rental agency she made me feel like I am searching the flat my best friend who understands and takes care of my needs. She is really professional in her work, every time we saw a property she was coming with all the details of it. She answered all the questions regarding the flats.
