GLP Soho urgently needs to improve its customer relations. The property management team shows poor follow-up unless contacted repeatedly. When seeking assistance, tenants are often met with dismissive and unhelpful responses, which comes across as rude. Although the realtors are lovely, the property management side undermines the overall experience. I would not recommend renting through GLP Soho, especially for students, until there is a clear improvement in how tenants are treated and supported.

I would strongly advise avoiding Greater London Properties based on my recent experience renting through them. …
Made offer and paid the holding deposit for a flat. Offer was rejected on January 10th. 11 days later and they are still yet to return the deposit.
Once you signed agreement and became tenant, don’t expect to hear from them if a maintenance is required. If something breaks or not working and it is not your responsibility, you still need to take care of the things on your own. The property manager is Marc, very quick to ask for rent when not able to locate payment (which had been paid) but not responding to maintenance requests and took several weeks to get anything done. We will be moving out soon after 10years. Stay away from this property management company.
Be careful. They don’t forward offers to landlords. I make £200k per year and they didn’t want to forward my offer to the landlord for a 3 bedroom flat on King Street.

They have changed dramatically from when I used them a few years ago. They were newish on the scene in a market dominated by Foxtons. Now too big too care. Don't bother calling you back and I am a previous client of theirs! Go Chestertons or Tavistock Bow, both much better still.
Be careful, they do in house referencing and get to decide without checking properly, they say I failed the landlord referencing cause the person managing my apartment didn’t match the name of the owner of my apartment on the land registry and they took my deposit illegally, now I am in the process of lodging a claim with the property ombudsman ! Stay clear from GLP and from Marcus Williams these guys are thieves.
Very efficient to find an apartment . Unfortunately if they also manage that apartment, don’t expect them to call you back or solve issues (like not having hot water, or heating in November/December for 20 days). The best is when the property manager says to have book an appointment for repair , so you stay home from work, to then discover he never did and no one shows up. Once they rent the property they really don’t care at all about the tenants and the property.
