Incredible service, very responsive and attentive!!! I was in an extreme rush to get a place in London. Over a period of 2 weeks, I had contacted over 30 agents and most of them were extremely difficult to reach, unresponsive, etc. However, I was very happy with my experience with glp. My agent, Marcus Williams, was very helpful, reassuring, compassionate and optimistic. I had an incredible experience viewing properties with him even though I was very stressed out at the time. He really did care about my opinion and what I wanted from a property and was honest with me - which in my opinion is very rare in the real-estate business. Although in the end, due to personal reasons, I went with another accommodation option, I still 100% recommend glp.

GLP were excellent in helping me find a flat. Marcus showed me a whole range of properties in Soho and really grasped what I was looking for without any pressure to sign one. Everything ran smooth once I found a place and I moved in within 2 weeks with no issues. Susie made sorting all the process easy and even helped when I had an issue with movers on the day I went to collect the keys! Both always answer whenever I call and will definitely be preferencing GLP with any future moves. Thanks guys!

Possibly the only pleasant experience with state agencies that I have ever had. All staff we dealt with was extremely nice and professional, worried about their clients without trying to rip you off all the time. Very transparent with all fees and services charged. When we signed the contracts they offered us a 'welcome' pack with a few gifts that are obviously symbolic but clearly demonstrate a different attitude/service than other agencie. Totally recommend it.

Becky and Susie at Greater London Properties were exceptional. I usually loathe the tedious process of moving into a new home, but with their support it was quick and carefree. By making themselves available round the clock and always being eager to help - even during the pandemic and with me being in another country - this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Definitely recommend!

Shanaz was absolutely great. She listened to what we need - a flat that fits our needs but also those of our little Yorkie - and worked hard to help us find the right place. Even though we were very picky, she was patient and offered constructive advice. We ended up with a wonderful flat all because of her help! We worked with several estate agents and GLP was the best by a long shot!
