The buyers encountered lengthy delays due to an unusual situation with their mortgage application but Simon went above and beyond as a go-between and helped as much as he could to push things through. He was really helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable during the whole process. The commission rate was the most competitive in the area as well. Would definitely recommend!

My viewing was arranged speedily and without any fuss and they let me know my offer had been accepted in just over 24 hours so I wasn't left wondering for long. Angelo was extremely friendly at the viewing and provided honest and helpful information to inform my decision to put in an offer. You really felt like you could trust him and weren't being misled in any way, which can often be the case with other agents.
