The communication was very polite, with high level of competence, he responded all our questions, explained everything in detail, and helped us easily evaluate the suitability of the property for our needs. I'm a first time renter and this process was so easy and smooth I was surprised at how quickly everything came together. Oliver communicated with me often with all the info I needed and made the process stress free. He was able to fast track my move and get it sorted within a week like I requested.

Drivers & Norris handled both letting my flat and recently selling it. The full letting management service was a real life saver for me as I had relocated to a new country rather quickly. Paul Thompson handled the sale of my flat and demonstrated impeccable professionalism and communication that resulted in meeting a tight deadline (despite complications). I would recommend Drivers & Norris as they are able to take away the pain of dealing with real estate.

We're in the process of finalizing a let agreement with Drivers & Norris. Giancarlo has been very helpful and responsive through the process of showing us the flat and getting through the initial stages of the let agreement. The flat we have had an offer agreed on is lovely and is well maintained. I will update this review once we are moved in. So far very pleased with Drivers & Norris and look forward to being a tenant in one of their managed properties.

Having had to wait two and a half years to sell our property, I can honestly say that once Paul Thompson got involved, things started to happen. He does what he says he will do, keeping you informed at every stage, and nothing seemed too much trouble for him, even though I was on his case almost daily.
