He sorts all issues within the working day, communicates effectively, is competent and basically protects your asset, your client and you as the property owner. He’s also just a lovely personable human being with a kind and considerate heart. It’s hard to find both professionalism and personality in people these days. John Young is a star by himself and looked after us brilliantly. He knew we needed to find accommodation and went out of his way to help us. He found us a flat in the area we wanted to be in with a small garden in a quiet close. We can't fault the staff at Drivers and Norris, especially Rebecca who is dealing with a minor repair for us at the moment.

Not for the first time, John Young has done a tip top job. I always deal with John because I know that he will find me a tenant and get my property/properties let ASAP with little to no void period - sometimes as soon as the outgoing tenant has given their notice. Plus, he always gets me the best rates and rental prices. Very happy indeed! :-)

I have found Drivers & Norris are very efficient and, as a tenant, I find all staff I have dealt with to be helpful and very polite. My property manager Natalie Bastian is always courteous and she has a lovely personality, which gives me a sense of security that she will sort out any problem I may have with my flat, which she always does. I have lived in my lovely flat for 5 years and have no intention of moving ever again. I count myself lucky to have great agents to look after me...And for anyone asking, this is NOT a fake review!
