Top notch!

Domovoi led by Elena & Paul are extremely professional agents, offering best-in-class services... on the few occasions we had an issue such as with the dishwasher or the fridge, actions to resolve the issue were taken promptly. They are also very responsive and really work hard to accommodate your requests. As a tenant, this is what I value most: responsiveness, ability to deal with issues raised and getting my deposit back promptly at the end of the tenancy. Domovoi exceeded in all these aspects throughout the entire tenancy. Well done and definitely recommended!

Top notch !

Paul and Elena have done a wonderful job managing the property we rented for the last two years. They were always prompt to react to any encountered issues and dealt with everything with care and great professionalism. Excellent, arguably flawless service provided

The property that I was interested in renting was handled by Domovoi. Only after a couple of hours of expressing my interest (on a Saturday btw), I received a phone call by Paul, the manager, that it was possible to have a viewing on the coming Monday. My mother and I were greeted with great hospitality and Paul clearly knew about the area and the development very well. Paul was also extremely responsive in replying to all my questions via email or text. The documents were swiftly handled by him and his colleague. I can see that Paul and his company are giving themselves all they have to provide excellent service to potential landlords, tenants and etc. Such passion and determination should be encouraged! A bespoke property agency that try very hard

Paul and Elena have been a pleasure to deal with. On the whole they helped as much as they could. Sticklers for every detail which whether you like that or not, you know what to expect. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency for future tenants.

We indeed like to go through everything carefully and fully explain all parts of the process to our tenants and ensure that everything we do complies with legislation and at times exceed this. For example we ensured that all our properties contained carbon monoxide alarms way before the start of legislation. As we are a small family run company we are able to spend more time with our Tenants/Landlords to offer more in depth advice and assistance where required..
