I have used Daniel Cobb to let my flat recently and I could not have hoped for a better and smoother process. The team was thorough and very professional. I would recommend them whole heartedly. Mark Andrews in the sales team shepherded me through our latest purchase as well with some excellent advice and great mediating. I can highly recommend Daniel Cobb Estate Agents having used them twice in the last five years, both to buy a flat and to sell it. Mark and Robert were pro-active at every stage, lovely to deal with, and very responsive - just what you need, especially when the inevitable hiccups occur. With the sale of the flat they were excellent at procuring buyers, which was reassurring. One very satisfied customer.
