From the very first time we called to make an enquiry at Daniel Cobb, everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and responsive - unlike a lot of the other estate agents we encountered! Rob was knowledgeable about the property we viewed and after we made an offer was an incredibly useful go-between with the sellers solicitor, regularly checking in to see if there was anything he could do to push things along and readily having tricky conversations in order to get some progress from a pretty useless solicitor! Couldn't recommend DC highly enough and Rob is a really lovely guy.

Rob was super straightforward to deal with, communicative, efficient, honest, friendly and above all didn’t pressure me to make offers on properties that clearly weren’t right for me. I used a few estate agents around London Bridge in addition to Daniel Cobb in my search for a property earlier this year and most were cowboys. One in particular told me that they didn’t have a garden flat for me to view but one with big windows looking onto a park so it would feel like I had a garden!!
