Terrible service

Given 40 minutes notice of change in checkout time (after phoning to check it was still happening). Repairs slow (if ever done) and emails not always responded to.

Terrible property management service !

on the beginning the service was great and they answered every call and email we had, but once they took the payments and we started having issues at the property the problems began.. Delays on having people coming over to resolve the issues and having to chase the agency a number of times to get problems solved, on a period of a month the changed the property manager 2-3 times so the case was passed from one person to the other halfway.. On the moving the property wasn't ready as agreed and not properly cleaned. Very disappointed with the service, can't wait to end the contract !!
