We recently bought and sold with Ashtons in Newton le Willows and also used their mortgage advisor Joanne Hickey. We can't fault the service. From day one when we arranged the viewing in what is now our new home through ringing Stacey in bits when our first buyer fell through. Our house went on the market the week before Christmas and we moved into our new home on 24th feb. Buying and selling in 2 months!! Both simon and Stacey were brilliant. But special mention to Stacey who really did go above and beyond when things got tricky. Joanne arranged the mortgage with no hiccups too. We're never moving again coz moving day was too hectic but if we ever do Ashtons would be my first contact. Highly recommended ???

Excellent service and competitive charges. We recently sold our house in Chapelford through Ashton's, Penketh branch - within a week of it being on the market. Mike & Nick provided a great service and Mike especially went above and beyond to resolve an issue regarding some paperwork a solicitor further down the chain had suddenly decided at the last minute that they needed from our buyers in order to exchange & complete. Our property was vacant, so they handled all viewings but kept us informed of when visits would take place and even went to check on the house after it was reported back to them that our house alarm had been sounding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashton's to anyone who is wanting to sell a house within the Warrington area.

I recently sold my property through the Newton branch. The service provided by Simon and Stacey was excellent. Any issue was dealt with immediately, they were contactable at all times (phone and email) and provided constant updates. I would also say that Ashton's financial services were very good too. The overall customer service of Ashton's is spot on!

Sold our property through the Newton branch and the guys were fantastic throughout. Like most sales it wasn't the most straightforward and and we hit a few bumps along the way but both Simon and Stacey were great in terms of keeping us updated and communicating any issues we were facing. It all got very rushed at the end (through no fault of Ashtons) but they were great at pulling various aspects together, safe to say it probably wouldn't have gone through in time if they weren't so proactive. Not that we're ever planning on moving ever again but if we did we wouldn't think of using anyone else!
