Excellent independent agents

I have used ASR to sell two properties in Wimbledon; both times they have exceeded my expectations in terms of price achieved. They are excellent at generating initial interest and viewings and, once the sale has been agreed, they are committed to progressing the sale to exchange and completion. The staff are all experienced professionals who understand the industry and are therefore happy to tackle any problems which may prevent the sale from progressing. This is opposed to some other well-known agents where, younger, inexperienced staff are given responsibility for sales progression; which in my experience can lead to a prolonged sale. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ASR to anyone thinking of selling their property in Wimbledon or the surrounding areas.

Excellent service and result

We were very pleased with the service from Andrew Scott Robertson. They were professional and friendly and guided us well at every stage through the selling process. Despite increasingly tight market conditions (higher stamp duty - Brexit) they found us a committed purchaser with whom we were able to agree a good price and complete in time for Christmas. A very good service.

Excellent communication

ASR were the agents for the house we have just bought. They were professional and helpful from the outset, but in the latter stages of the purchase they really went above and beyond what you would usually expect to provide us with outstanding service (even though strictly they weren't our agents). Teresa and Marc always kept us informed of developments, good news or bad, and were often the first or even the only ones to pass on news. I always felt that they were being upfront and honest and that they were working really hard to hold the chain together.

House sale

William Stewart-Brown from Andrew Scott Robertson provided an excellent service throughout the sale of our property. He was always extremely professional, polite, efficient and was always on top of things. William always responded quickly to queries and was forthcoming with advice. He is extremely knowledgeable, determined and experienced in his field and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or the whole agency.

Fantastic service and honest advice

I had an amazing experience with Andrew Scott Robertson. A friendly and very professional company, the lettings manager, Adam Jones gave me honest and helpful advice for my situation - not something you get with all estate agents out there! He cut through the jargon and made it easy to understand, with a friendly manner. Would absolutely recommend and will 100% come to again. Not your typical estate agent just telling you what you want to hear to make a sale!

I cannot recommend ASR highly enough. I have recently rented a property through them and felt completely supported throughout the whole process. They really went over and above the norm and were very communicative so I always felt in the loop. Alexandra was happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how small, and was very helpful too. Excellent agent!

ASR are fantastic agents, I think it is their experience and advice that sets them apart from other agents. Their advice and knowledge helped me make the right decisions when I was experiencing a lot of difficulties with my sale and their advice ultimately helped hold the chain and my sale and purchase together. When you are experiecing an unexpected difficult property transaction the quality of people and advice around you is criticial. ASR have that experience and knowledge to help you through these difficulties and make your property transactions happen! Highly recommend.
