I will be recommending Keatons to anyone who wishes to sell their home. We could not have had a better service anywhere. Staff were always helpful and polite, they always informed us what was happening and sold our house in 3 days. Before selling we had numerous people viewing right from day one of us asking them to sell our house. Debby was our first contact then Kamal and Rory, but if you called the office whoever picked the telephone up was always helpful and knew what was happening with our property. All in all an excellent experience with a very good Agency.

Keatons Hackney office (specifically Debby and Rory) went the extra mile to ensure the smooth purchase of our property. We were frequently updated on progress, any issues and always kept in the loop. During our purchase we came across issues, however no question or matter was too small for Keatons - no phone call was left unreturned, no email was left unanswered and we felt like valued customers. Our sale unfortunately fell through twice but they helped us both times; giving us advice on our next steps, our best options and never made us feel as though it had been a waste of time. We have already issued interest in buying through them in the near future again, and have highly recommended them to close friends, family and others who are looking to buy around Hackney. The team made us feel very valued as customers and ultimately did all they could to keep us as their customers happy and fully informed at all times. Couldn't recommend enough.

Finally a profession

I recently sold my home through keatons Hackney. I have known Debby Blow for over 15 years as she has come to update me on how much my home is worth every year in that time. He has stablished a very good relationship with both my wife and myself from the very outset.
