House Purchase

I first met Mark whilst looking for a property to buy in Anglesey, Mark arranged a viewing of the property which the owners wanted to do themselves, after the viewing Mark contacted me to get my response to the property.My wife and I decided to go ahead with the purchase,from this point on Mark kept us up to date with the transaction.Our own agent was O.K but needed chasing up to get any information,it was the same with our solicitor.If I wanted any information I contacted Mark who got the info and rang back asap,I think Mark worked above and beyond the call of duty, All the staff were very friendly and passed on messages efficiently,I cannot fault the service we got. Excellent service especially from Sian. Thanks again

We sold our house in less than a week. Sian and Dafydd were excellent and guided us through the whole process. We were very impressed on how well Sian communicated with us and keeping us informed with the sale of the house. I would recommend this estate agent to all of my friends and family.

Helpful, quick, informative. A pleasure to deal with.

Firstly, we we're in the process of buying a property through another agency for a period of 10-12 weeks. During that time we spoke to the estate agent three times and often struggled to get hold of them via e-mail and phone calls. We subsequently pulled out of that purchase, and so have some experience to be able to compare both agents. Sian has been more than helpful from day one, down to the initial viewing which was arranged within 45 minutes of calling her. The next day we put in an offer, and within 30 minutes had two return calls in negotiation with the third confirming we had reached an agreement. Several weeks passed and Sian had been in regular contact obtaining updates from both sides and assisting to ensure everything went through smoothly. It's been 5-6 week and we're ready to move in. I can't rate the agent and agency highly enough, especially whilst comparing them to our previous experience. E-mails and phone calls were regular and prompt, keeping us informed every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish with no pressure.

Nothing was too much trouble and all members of staff were very courteous and kept me informed of all viewings. The house was unoccupied and all viewings were accompanied by PP staff. When I rang to make an enquiry they were able to provide answers immediately as everything was well documented on their records. I can thoroughly recommend Williams and Goodwin and although they have many properties on their books they still achieve the personal touch with individual customers.

Amazing Service

Myself and my partner have been looking for our first home and had the pleasure of meeting Sian & Pete at the Llangefni office. Excellent Service with a Happy Ending

We were looking for a property a couple of hours from our home. The Agents were able to organise a very short notice viewing on a Saturday. We were given plenty of time to look around the property, not rushed at all and answers to our questions, regarding the property and the area. A couple of months on, we are extremely happy to have completed, in the last couple of days, on the purchase of the property and can confirm that Williams and Goodwin have been great throughout the process.

Excellent service!

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Experienced a traumatising few months selling my property back in 2015. Could not have made it it it wasn't for Sian Jones's guidance and reassurance throughout the whole process.. What an asset she must be for the company.
