I found the service provided by Melfyn, Gwennan & Tim to be of a very high standard. Their initial response to my enquiry was very quick - Melfyn attended the property to give a valuation within a couple of days. I was given plenty of information regarding selling at auction (as this was my first time).including a thorough breakdown of the costs involved. Gwennan kept me updated twice a week on the interest that the property had generated.up to the date of the auction. I attended the auction in person and was impressed with the location and the layout/ running of the auction.
