One house sold. Three countries involved!

After some time on the market, our house was eventually sold when a realistic price was asked. The buyer was, we believe, English. The house was in Wales and over the summer we were in France! Through emails and mobile phone conversations, we were kept informed as negotiations took their course. At all stages we were consulted, and all things considered, a realistic price was achieved. After spending around twelve months looking for a holiday home, my partner and I recently found a bungalow with Williams and Goodwin. The service we received was excellent! Sian kept in touch on a regular basis, providing us with updates and helping us through our purchase, even allowing access to the property when we needed to carry out enquiries with builders. Peter showed us around the property initially and even allowed me to come back a second time when I returned to Anglesey with my family. A brilliant service from Williams and Goodwin and would recommend them as a great estate agent to use.

Excellent service from Gwennan and Sian

I could not ask for better service from williams and goodwin. Gwennan and Sian have been in contact with myself daily,a few times daily to be honest. They kept me up to date at all times and nothing was a bother to them. They were always there on the phone and was very looked after. I did also deal with mark a few times over the phone who also excellent. Thank you for everything and all your help.
