We both sold and purchased through Amy Williams. From the offest, Amy was professional, committed and an excellent communicator. The sale and purchase process was made a lot easier as a result of Amy’s dedication and thorough process. We could not fault the service we recieved and would recommend Amy and also the team around her to anybody who wishes to sell or purchase through williams and goodwin. Having been on the market with a different estate agent for 12 weeks with no interest, no viewings and very little updates, We instructed W&G and Amy was on the case. Within 4 working days of our property being relisted, it was sold…. Thank you for all the hard work.

Amy, our agent, was absolutely amazing! So profesional and reassuring throughout the whole process. No question or task was too much trouble, and any queries or questions were answered in no time. We didn't have to lift a finger throughout the whole process and everything went so smoothly. We received regular updates and helpful time scales to help us plan around the move etc. A bonus for us personally was being able to do everything through the medium of Welsh, our first language. We can't thank Amy enough for all her help and would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to do so through Williams & Goodwin.

Katie and the rest of rental team manages my apartment portfolio professionally, dynamically and pays attention to every detail. Her prime concern is and should be the tenant but she always manages to ensure that all parties are support promptly and often out of hours.
