Very pleasant people but have NO properties to rent on their books and (weirdly) refuse to negotiate on price! Very odd strategy for a Estate Agency/Letting Company!

My daughter has decided to fly the coop and started her search for "rented accommodation" starting with with Dafydd Hardy. Having booked to see her 1st property, she was greeted by a representative, and duly ushered into the property. When my daughter started asking questions ie: how long had the property been empty, what are the rates, is there any possible movement in the monthly rent etc, she was constantly advised that she did not have the answers, as she only dealt with "sales" not rented. This did not bade well with my daughter and subsequent lack of information forth coming. Other than to say she was not impressed with the service and why did they send someone out without the knowledge. She will not be going back again. 1st impressions count for a lot and it goes without saying that "people move on quickly after a bad experience" and word of mouth accounts for repeat business.

Rude, impatiant and disrespectful, handled with threats and otherwise. Don't waste time with this joke of a place, pathetic people and service

Not a reputable estate agent, they deliberately market properties at well under the market value to secure a quick sale and not in the interest of their clients. If you want a decent estate agent in the Hartford area there are many better choices than this outfit.
