Country Holmes is hands down the best Estate Agents we have ever used. From start to finish, they managed our house sale with professionalism, clear and regular communication as well as excellent advice throughout the process. The photos they took of the property were excellent and they also used a tool called Matterport to produce high quality virtual walk-through's of the property, which really made the listing stand out. As a result, we had 10 requests for viewings less than an hour after the listing went live and offers immediately after the first day of viewings. I could not compliment Tom enough for the high quality service that he provided - he was hugely proactive, responsive and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Country Holmes.

We lived 3 hours away and it was a fantastic experience dealing with Tom from Country Homles. Over the last 6 years + there was not one day void or late payment, excellent tenants. I could always get hold of Tom or his colleagues, he sorted all issues, for example the gas safety, maintenance and repairs etc without any fuss and negotiated with the trades people on our behalf, included in his competitive rates. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of renting a property out, just use Tom.
