The renting process is fast and hassle free.The Sales and Letting Agent Helen Burnett was helpful throughout and gave quick replies to all the queries. Overall happy with the Experience!

Nikki was really helpful when we had an issue! Submitted a maintenance report on Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning she was over and the problem was resolved :)

Happy with the service I received

I had been looking for a new place to live as I had been really struggling in the previous location. I was fortunate to get a call back after expressing interest in a property to rent. The person who showed me around was Helen, and she was lovely. She informed me that there was 3 potential properties that had came available. She helped me with all the questions I had, and made the process easy for me. I applied straight away. Although moving is one of the most stressful times for most people, this move was relatively easy for me in comparison to others I’ve had. Helen has also helped answer a lot of my questions after moving in, and helped me get sorted with the minor issues, helping me contact the appropriate people. Overall, so far so good. I’m happy with the service I received. I am really happy with the place I am in, the property is beautiful and everything I could have wanted, and more. Thanks for all your help, and being responsive to my emails after I moved in. I am blessed to be within this apartment 🙂

Helen has been absolutely brilliant during the move in process, she is extremely friendly, helpful and thorough with all aspects of getting our tenancy set up, could not recommend Cube and Helen highly enough!
