Jo has been amazing through our entire property search. She has seen a couple of houses with us and was delighted to show us the house that we have finally bought. Ruth and her team at West Derby Village took over the rental of our two houses in March and July 2020. Once the Covid Lockdown was lifted both were let within 2 months. They have provided highly professional services and deal with issues promptly.

Joanne has been incredible in helping us with our house search. She showed us an older property a month or so ago that wasn't right for us, but she remembered us when we saw the house that we are buying, and has always been excellent with communicating and helping us to feel like we are the only customers that she is dealing with.
