I will have to give the staff at Northwood a 5 star for being accommodating, professional, helpful and exemplary customer service delivery. I tried various estate agents however Northwood are far the best of the bunch. I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Northwood.

I have just taken on a tenacy with Northwood and i have been impressed so far with my dealings with them. Rachel went through all the paperwork in a friendly and professional manner when i was signing my agreement at the Office. I've no doubt that if any problems arise she will do her best to resolve them for me.

Northwood have been managing my property in Liverpool for over 10 years and I have always found their service excellent. Communication is always prompt and any issues with the property requiring repairs are always managed quickly and efficiently. Most recently Rachel has managed the upgrade of kitchen units in my property which again was professionally managed with prompt communication and updates.

From buying the house to letting it, Northwood has always been very helpful. The staff give advise wherever needed and communicating to us about any problems that arises.
