I dealt with James, and still do with what will certainly be a successful long term tenancy going forward. I felt James listened intently to my story, immediately upon first introduction. We arranged a viewing on what for me was the perfect property locally, very luckily, in my neighborhood, for the very next working day. From there as the ball rolled, everything went exceedingly smoothly and when an isssue cropped up, such as late in the day when we needed an electrician to re do the electrical certificate, James' communication and tenacity was right there and everything got sorted. He was a consumate professional and a credit to Belvoir. Now as I am now rehoused happily they have a very good after service for tenants with a great online service whereby you can contact a service professional literally at all hours of the day. I feel I am in a much better and safer position with this tenencay, and it will too be a longterm great decision to stick with Belvoir.
