I had an issue with my sofa, I contacted Belvoir to let them know about it and honestly I did not think about changing it at that time, just wanted to let them know about it. They approached the landlord who thankfully ordered a new sofa! Dealing with Belvoir makes everything easy and straightforward. Would recommend them 100%
