Belvoir (Liverpool Central) have done a brilliant job helping me find tenants for our property after previous letting agents failed miserably. This at a very challenging time in late November/ early December when tenants are hard to find. Kostas Filis has been the star of the show, responsible for advertising, viewings and managing our other property needs, keeping us informed on progress. Previous agents insisted I should reduce the price without bothering to match the advert to the price we were expecting. Belvoir have done a great job and have earned my respect, demonstrating proactiveness, professionalism, good communication skills and a wealth of experience. Their rates are reasonable too. I wish they???d been my first choice having lost two months with previous incompetent and egoistic letting agents who didn???t know how to pitch my property to tenants.
