As a tenant I felt very secure using Belvoir! Their communication was personable, punctual and accurate. They helped me find my rental in Liverpool whilst I was still living in London; the property handover at the start and end of my tenancy was seamless. Issues with the property were dealt with swiftly either directly or through their reporting portal. Everything was easy with Belvoir! and I would recommend them to any person looking to rent.
