I recently got fantastic accommodation for rent , and I must say very nice , largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Adam and Kostas. From start to finish, their dedication to ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable truly stood out. The accommodation itself was a true gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the decor and layout was impressive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The picturesque views from our room added an extra layer of charm to our stay, creating a serene atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding.

I just moved in to a new property in L5 last month through the assistance of Belvoir. The process took me by surprise as it didn't take long until I secured the house after the required checks have been completed. The staff members are very accommodating and professional in dealing with my requests and inquiries. Most of all they are efficient. I'm glad I went to Belvoir. Belvoir (Liverpool Central) have done a brilliant job helping me find tenants for our property after previous letting agents failed miserably. This at a very challenging time in late November/ early December when tenants are hard to find. Kostas Filis has been the star of the show, responsible for advertising, viewings and managing our other property needs, keeping us informed on progress. Previous agents insisted I should reduce the price without bothering to match the advert to the price we were expecting. Belvoir have done a great job and have earned my respect, demonstrating proactiveness, professionalism, good communication skills and a wealth of experience. Their rates are reasonable too. I wish they’d been my first choice having lost two months with previous incompetent and egoistic letting agents who didn’t know how to pitch my property to tenants. As a tenant I felt very secure using Belvoir! Their communication was personable, punctual and accurate. They helped me find my rental in Liverpool whilst I was still living in London; the property handover at the start and end of my tenancy was seamless. I have been with Belvoir for 2 years and they have been a great help to me from the start until I moved out and returned to my country. The property I was in was in L1 and I rented it when I was in my country and I was very stressed but thankfully the process was very fast and I was very satisfied with everything. The move out process was also very fast and didn’t stress me too much. All in all, the staff were very helpfull and replied fast and If I had the chance I would rent from them again in the future.
