The whole team have been fantastic, I can't recommend them enough. I have spoken to both Kostas and Adam at Belvoir many times, they are incredibly knowledgably, they work hard to get the property let, they kept me updated throughout the process. I have two properties with Belvoir and two more which I will transfer as soon as they are out of contact with the current letting agent. Both the properties were let out within a week of me signing with them, they arranged for collection of the keys from the previous agents and arranged for all the compliance documents that I didn't have copies off, all I had to do was sign the documents and they took care of the rest. They made it so easy for me, I couldn't have asked for a better service. I wouldn't use any other agents even if they were cheaper, trust and transparency are the most important for me and Belvoir have delivered every time!

Belvoir have had management of our property for about a year. They are efficient, transparent and attract the right tenants at a good rate. The maintenance issues are dealt with in a sensible fashion with owner engagement. All of this is a very big breath of fresh air compared to some other Liverpool agents.
