I have been renting a property with Belvoir for about 6 years now and the assistance service behind it has always been excellent. Recently, they have sent me a plumber who addressed a challenging issue in a quicker and better-than-expected way. I feel excited, and the apartment is luxurious, located in the city Centre so the shopping, public transportation and all my needs will be around me; the Mann Island is supplied with facilities which make me live and study comfortably; furthermore, the people are so friendly. This at a very challenging time in late November/ early December when tenants are hard to find. Kostas Filis has been the star of the show, responsible for advertising, viewings and managing our other property needs, keeping us informed on progress. Previous agents insisted I should reduce the price without bothering to match the advert to the price we were expecting. Belvoir have done a great job and have earned my respect, demonstrating proactiveness, professionalism, good communication skills and a wealth of experience. Their rates are reasonable too. I wish they???d been my first choice having lost two months with previous incompetent and egoistic letting agents who didn???t know how to pitch my property to tenants. Kostas is doing a great job, always responding to emails and calls promptly, at recent change in tenancy he managed to secure new tenants with only a few days of void period and despite limitations to access property for viewings.
