Following 11 years of property management provided by Belvoir, I would like to sincerely thank the team for their professional service throughout. I initially approached Belvoir in 2013 seeking full property management as I was serving in the military at the time. They always provided me absolute peace of mind allowing me to focus when away overseas maintaining excellent communication and pragmatic approach consistently. The whole team have been fantastic, I can't recommend them enough. I have spoken to both Kostas and Adam at Belvoir many times, they are incredibly knowledgably, they work hard to get the property let, they kept me updated throughout the process. I have two properties with Belvoir and two more which I will transfer as soon as they are out of contact with the current letting agent. Both the properties were let out within a week of me signing with them, they arranged for collection of the keys from the previous agents and arranged for all the compliance documents that I didn't have copies off, all I had to do was sign the documents and they took care of the rest. They made it so easy for me, I couldn't have asked for a better service. I wouldn't use any other agents even if they were cheaper, trust and transparency are the most important for me and Belvoir have delivered every time!
