Me and my partner have been renting through belvior for a few months now. The staff can't do enough for you and are so supportive and professional. We had been with Jones and Chapman another local letting agent and unfortunately had a really bad experience contributing to us deciding to risk a move just one year into tenancy. We are so happy we changed over and can't praise them enough 🙏 We recently reported a number of small repairs including the bathroom floor which had some cracks. Within the week they had fitted a new floor , fitted a new shower, fixed the small repairs, even regrouted our shower . They went above and beyond! If you're looking to rent or buy in lark lane / aigbirth/ toxteth/ smithdown I'd 100% recommend belvior

I have had a great experience with Belvoir, more specifically Rebecca! She’s been extremely supportive and understanding throughout my tenancy, she was so easy to get in contact with and her responses were consistently helpful. I couldn’t recommend her and Belvoir enough, I was a first time renter at the time and they were fab.

Just excellent service provided with a smile. The rent was agreed and in no time a tenant was found. All admin was to a high standard and calls were easy and straightforward. In a nutshell they advised me correctly, did the due-diligence and got the place rented. First class!
