It wasn't an easy job selling our loved home but the entire team worked their socks off and we are now happily in our new home and couldn't thank the team enough. We sold and bought through Oulsnams KH. From start to finish they were friendly and professional, and coordinated a lot of viewings over a two week period, whilst helping us find our perfect new home. I felt well supported during the process (which took a little longer than expected) and I never had any trouble reaching someone to speak with when I needed their help with anything. Even though we didn’t end up going with their recommended solicitor they still had a great working relationship with our solicitors (David Bunn & Co.) which really helped during the latter part of the process. Overall I highly recommend them if you are looking for an agent who treats everyone in the chain with respect and courtesy, and is highly efficient at responding to the various scenarios that property buying and selling can throw at you. 10/10 from me.
