Long distance sale
I decided to sell my property that I have rented for over 18 years. I was given Burton & Co details by my Property Rental Managment team. They have made selling my house easy, I have always been kept updated. This you would expect, but I live 350 miles away in Cornwall. I have not seen the house for over 3 years. When the house was empty they would visit to make sure everything was good. I believe that they did everything and a lot more to help me achieve my goal. A big thank you to Sharon, Barbara and the team.

Breath of fresh air
Such a change from other estate agents - really wish that we had just found Burton first instead of going to the main high street sales agents. Best things about Burton is the frequent phone calls with updates and the genuine interest in selling the property.

I have never moved in my life. 47 years! I was terrified and clueless. Burton and co held our hand every step of the way. Sharon was amazing. All the staff are friendly and approachable and kept us on track every step of the way. I would recommend Burton and co to anyone. Thanks guys.

House sale on behalf of executor
Excellent service throughout. Began with initial valuation when useful information was provided about probate and inheritance tax. Although the valuation made was sligjtly lower than the other two agencies it seemed more in line with what we felt represented the true market value of the property. Very regular contact was maintained throughout both by phone and by email with even the slightest development being notified. A great team of people. Determined to succeed. All staff came across as friendly and approachable whilst maintaining a professional and effective work ethic

Unbeatable service
Have used Burton & Co.'s services on a number of occasions over the last 2-3 years for buying and selling. I've always found the service second to none, that's why I keep going back and recommending them. Whether its Barbara conducting the valuation, Ann doing the viewings, Sharon negotiating and chasing you are looked after every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble for them, indeed all the staff deserve praise. Having dealt with many local agents in the past I can whole heartedly say Burton & Co are the best. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt for viewings, knowledgeable of the property and the situation. Any questions we had were always followed up and in a timely manner. No pushy sales pitch, honesty throughout. Nothing too much trouble we would definitely reccommend anyone to use these agents. A great team and efficient service all round!
