Id like to thank our property manager Simon Butt for being so helpful every step of the way with our property. It is our first rented accomodation and the house was not ready when we moved in. Locks and windows did not work, the washing machine broke within a month and service men have been called out on around 4 seperate occasions but Simon was there with an answer as soon as we asked him for help and handled everything. If not for him then the whole sitation would have been so much more stressful but he was there replying to emails and calling repairmen as soon as we found a problem. Any problems were resolved within a week or two. Thank you for all your hard work, quick responses and for being a great support line for us!

Jayne Morris (Kington/Leominster Offices last year) was always cheerful and full of fun. At the same time she got on with the job and got things moving in all senses of the word. She found me an excellent rental which I needed between selling and buying. I would certainly recommend Jayne!

Chancellors manage the property we rent and Scarlett from the Bracknell office has always been very helpful and professional. She even managed to get us a same day appointment with a plumber which is a first in my experience!
