An excellent experience. I had not bought or sold a house for 50 years during which time so many things had changed that I was almost a beginner. I had continuous and gentle help from the staff at Lightwater, especially, from Mr. Ben Granville who was always cheerful (when I was not! Apologies!) and who tactfully steered me round an awkward (alleged) potential buyer and very quickly found me another buyer who has now bought my house.
