The past two weeks of searching for the right rental property for us have been both joyful and frustrating.. Steve Sadler was not fazed at any stage by the ups and downs. We viewed several properties with smiles on our faces and scowls when they were not suitable due to location, size or generally not the one for us. Steve carried on to the next one with the same enthusiasm as the first without complaint or comment. When we found the ONE he did however have an inbuilt intuition and correctly knew that he had found the right one without me making any comment at all. Sold a flat in Sunbury with Chancellors in August/September. Despite a few sales not going through at first, the flat was eventually sold significantly above asking price. This is a testament to the patience and diligence of those involved at Chancellors, specifically Karl McHugh who worked tirelessly and was pivotal in achieving the sale. I found that communication was first class and I was always able to phone for reassurance or to ask a question without being made to feel like a nuisance. Despite the fact I probably was! Not only did he bring me quality buyers, he found the ideal buyer and sold the property for more than the asking price in a very quick time. I have nothing but praise for the very professional way that Karl handled the sale and was always on hand to guide and reassure me through the process. Karl is professional, friendly, efficient and a credit to the company, dispelling the stereotype of estate agents.
