As myself and my partner are "1st time house sellers" we were slightly nervous about the whole process. However, David from the Banbury Office put our minds at ease from our very first meeting. He has explained everything at every stage and has answered our questions straight away. The process has been quick and painless thanks to David, Tori and Wayne, which to me is so important as house buying/selling is always going to be stressful. I was really impressed with the photos of the house, the particulars look great, the feedback from viewings and weekly summary has really made us feel in the loop with what's been going on, the whole approach from Chancellors has been quick, professional, re assuring and friendly and I don't feel we could have asked for anymore than that! No matter how many new obstacles arose along the way, Craig was also first to find out what was happening and offer advice about how to fix them, while reassuring a rather panicked me! Selling your home is a big step for anyone and will always be stressful, but I can honestly say I would wholeheartedly recommend Luke and Craig - you will be in safe hands and can genuinely trust them to do the best by you.
