ON Bank holiday Sunday I needed to let a tenant into a flat who was running a day late due to payment. The keys had been locked in the Kidlington branch of the estate agent. I took a chance and Called Elizabeth Bissessar, from Chancellors who was dealing with the client. Although it was Bank Holiday Sunday , and she was already out celebrating her fathers birthday . She left the party to come and open the agents and give me & the client the keys. This is far beyond the call of duty to any company, and excellent customer service . She is a star and easily worth the rating. An asset to any estate agents!!
