Brilliant service across the board. In particular Rachel Axton at Thameside has been more than helpful on a number of occasions and I cannot compliment her work ethic enough. She does indeed go the extra mile to make sure the job is done. In my own experience, things are nearly never straightforward, however Rachel has always made sure that everything is organised and try her very best to make sure the outcome suits everyone.

We have recently bought a house via Chancellors Botley branch and have much appreciated the help of Charlie Luckett, who showed us around a number of properties, followed up on viewings efficiently, and responded to our phone calls and queries quickly. He was always cheerful and positive, while being open about any issues which might arise. All the staff in the branch appear to work very hard, and we're very helpful about fitting in viewings for us at convenient times.

I used Chancellors letting agency for my current accommodation .I want to commend Lucy Reeves for the good service that She gave.She did a very good job for me . I feel she is a very good letting manager.

Jayne Morris - Jayne first dealt with the letting of my house when she worked in Kington Office but then she moved to Chancellors head office but I am very pleased she is still looking after my property as I am more than happy with how professional and courteous Jayne is. Any matter arising with regards to my property is always dealt with immediately and I know I can rely on Jayne.

Faisal Feroze dealt with my quick move into my new house in Oxford really well and was an excellent help with the timing of it all so I could get it sorted around my new job. I just marked with 5 stars because I liked the quick response I got from Faisal Feroze in my search of 3 bed house/flat in Headington/Oxford area.Although I manage to find a house through a friend`s recommendation,I was satisfied how Cancellors(Headington Office) and especially Faisal manage to book a lot of viewings and called me every time he found a house/flat suitable for me and my workmates. So I would definitely recommend the Estate Agency and Faisal to find a property for whoever is looking for one.
