My brother and I recently needed to sell a family property in the Kirby Stephen area of Westmorland. J R Hopper & Co were recommended by friends who had dealt with them previously and Leeselle Wren from the Kirby Stephen office took on our valuation and we subsequently appointed them to market the property. From day one the Hopper team were on the case and at no time did we feel things were dragging and once we had a potential purchaser they (and in particular Leeselle) supported the process at every turn. Both of us not living in the locality meant asking Leeselle to assist with resolving pre-contract enquiries issues and identifying local contractors to carry out electrical survey work and ultimately clear the property.
