They made a long a protracted sale in the middle of a long chain of properties as stress-less as it could be. I sold a property with Country Properties Letchworth and was assisted mainly by Ian and Simon Ellmers. I must say, they were two of the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were able to find a buyer who was willing to pay a fair asking price. The sale turned out to be rather difficult, partly because of information that was contained within the deeds and also because of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. However, thanks to Ian and Simon's knowledge of the local area, the sale was still able to go through reasonably quickly. The service I received was second to none. I was kept up to date at all times and was always able to communicate with them, when I needed to. They really went above and beyond what I was expecting, to help get the sale completed.
