M & M Properties - Leighton Buzzard

Big thank you to Yvonne and Peter for helping us with the purchase of our first home. its was long and loads up hill battle but we got there, just wanted to thank you for you help and trust.

Thank you so much for acting for my late father's estate and achieving a sale in the end. Your endeavours were really appreciated given all the twists and turns that took shape over the sale.

A genuine and professional Estate Agent, I could not fault a single thing.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Peter Scott Estate Agents for the purchase of our new property. Their small-scale operation, run by Peter and Yvonne, meant we received exceptional, personalised attention. Not only were they responsive in guiding us through the purchase, but they also provided valuable free advice on how to quickly sell our property. Their knowledge of the area and surrounding neighbourhood was particularly helpful, offering insights that only local experts could. Post-purchase, their dedication continued as they helped us settle in, answering urgent questions and even assisting with the heating system. Overall, Peter Scott Estate Agents offered an outstanding experience. Their combination of personal service, responsiveness, and in-depth local knowledge truly set them apart. We highly recommend them for anyone seeking a supportive and informed property journey.

Peter was fantastic when showing is around one of their properties. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the place and able to answer any questions we had. We were able to spend as much time there was we needed, we didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Highly recommend Peter Scott Estate Agents services.

We have recently sold our property through Peter Scott and the service he provided was first class . We would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling.

We decided to use Peter & Yvonne's service for selling our property as they showed a deep and thorough understanding of the local market and the value of our property based on its location. We were not disappointed with the result - the first four viewings resulted in four offers of the asking price, with one being above asking. From that point onwards, Peter kept in regular contact with us with latest updates from each potential purchaser, and continued with this all the way through to completion. We have no hesitation in recommending Peter Scott Estate Agents. They are a friendly, knowledgeable local estate agency that have their finger on the pulse for properties in the Chalfonts and surrounding areas

We would like to send our massive thanks to both Peter and Yvonne for handling the purchase of our fantastic new home with such professionalism and commitment. They were helpful, supportive and made the process of our house move as straightforward as possible. We are extremely grateful and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you so much. Caroline and Richard Walker

I would definitely recommend M&M Properties for a house sale. Hector Castro was excellent, listened to our requirements, made sensible suggestions and kept us informed. This resulted in a completed sale only six weeks after we appointed them as sole agent.

Thomas and Daniel at M&M recently helped us let our house in Leighton Buzzard. They were really helpful, knowledgeable and communication was great throughout. Would strongly recommend them!
