I recently refurbished a two-bed flat which M&M Properties manage for me. The previous tenant had left it in a dirty condition and I decided it was an ideal time to paint and replace carpets throughout. Chris Hollins has been a supportive and informative manager of this account, from advising on paint and carpet colours, sourcing refurbishment quotes and organising for the work to be carried out, dealing with the ex-tenant and encouraging him to acknowledge his failed responsibilities and finding and arranging a new tenant. Moreover Chris has been extremely patient with me, responding promptly to my (many!) emails and phonecalls on this in a calm and professional manner.
