After an extremely negative experience with another local estate agency, Harry, Chris and Sam were nothing short of incredible. From start to finish Bella was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She really put herself out at times to move things along and was always at the end of the phone if I needed to ask/tell her something, no matter how unimportant it may have appeared to be. I've only bought one house prior to this, so was a bit clueless at times, but Bella was patient and kind at every turn. I would really recommend Bella at Ashton Stripp, even though I was the buyer not the seller! If the way she helped me was anything to go by, your house sale would be in good hands!

I would totally recommend Proffitt & Holt, from the initial valuation appointment to completion the whole team were professional and efficient. The Street App that they use is also very good and provides an organised way to manage the sale.

Paul and Bella were absolutely brilliant. Communication was brilliant between us, our buyers and solicitors. They kept us up to date at every step via a group WhatsApp. Bella found us a buyer using her initiative and on the spot thinking! Both parties signed the Gazeal reservation agreement meaning both sides couldn’t pull out of the sale without very good reason. This bought us added security that the buyers were serious after one buyer pulling out already. I would recommend this to all buyers and sellers going forward. Thank you both.

If you want a professional then give Paul a call. He sold us our home years ago and we called him when it was time for us to sell. Always goes the extra mile and we wouldn’t look anywhere else going forward and recommend him to our family and friends. Bella was involved this time around as well. Excellent work ethic. Great stuff.
